Fiona Evans has been the Group Company Secretary of Intertek Group plc since she joined the Company in June 2003. Prior to joining Intertek, Fiona Evans was Group Company Secretary of Biocompatibles International plc between 2001 and 2003 and prior to that was appointed Group Company Secretary of Saatchi & Saatchi plc between 1997 and 2000 following the demerger of Cordiant plc . Fiona Evans is a Chartered Secretary with a degree in Law and Economics and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
