Joined Intertek in 2008

Calin co-leads Intertek's global Business Assurance (Systems Certification) services and also leads the regional directors for the EMEA , India and Americas operations of Intertek's auditing and management systems certification group. Prior to this, Calin was Vice President of Auditing and Medical Services for the NAFTA region TÜV SÜD having joined the organisation in 1992 and holding a range of positions including Vehicle Safety Manager, Automotive Program Manager and Director of Operations. He has been a certified RABQSA lead auditor since 1996, auditing hundreds of organisations throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Calin holds an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Transylvania University (Brasov, Romania) and an Executive MBA from Suffolk University (Boston, USA).
