The main objective of the management of the standard for Energy Management is to regulate the overall framework for management of the energy efficiency and to support the organizations at the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of systems and processes, necessary for increasing energy efficiency. The application of this standard leads to reduction of the energy costs, emissions of greenhouse gases and other environmental impacts through systematic energy management.
